To create a DEGX account, click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, enter your email address, create a strong password, and complete the verification process. You'll need to verify your email and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to access all features.

DEGX offers competitive trading fees starting at 0.1% for both makers and takers. Fees can be reduced by holding DEGX tokens in your account or based on your 30-day trading volume. Check our fee schedule for detailed information.

To deposit cryptocurrency, go to your wallet, select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, and click "Deposit." You'll see a unique deposit address and QR code. Send your funds to this address from your external wallet. Always double-check the address and network before sending.

DEGX is available in most countries worldwide, with some restrictions in jurisdictions with specific regulatory requirements. Check our Terms of Service for the complete list of supported countries and any restrictions that may apply to your region.

To enable 2FA, go to your account settings, select "Security," and click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." You can choose between Google Authenticator or SMS authentication. We highly recommend using Google Authenticator for enhanced security.
